Mine Decred DCR On Phone
Hello, I unfortunately experienced the same problem (account locked) after trying to update payment threshold and DCR address (bittrex wallet). I never reccieved the email mentioned (checked spam too and nowhere to be found). I sent a message via the site about 18 hours ago and a 2nd about and hour ago and didnt get a response from either.
Would appreciate if you could unblock my account and also advise why this may have occurred. Is there a bug when trying to enter payout info? If so, when will this be fixed?
I need to set this up ASAP without the fear of being locked out again. One thing I noticed is that it asks for a 4-digit PIN when updating this, but i dont remember setting this upon signup and didnt log it anywhere so I just left it blank.
Portable Zcash ZEC Mining there. Using WhatToMine you can check, how profitable it is to mine selected altcoins in comparison to ethereum or bitcoin.
Could this be the issue? If so, how to resolve this if I didn't set or forgot this PIN?
My user email is: Thanks for your help! Click to expand.OCminer, are you still associated with suprnova pool. I question nobody else seems to be able to answer. I have new account (actually created a second one with same problem) on suprnova.cc and using Claymore v9.7/Windows. I can mine ETH to my suprnova worker (I just have one worker defined right now) but when I dual mine with Claymore, I never get an authorized for Decred. I just get Socket was closed remotely (by pool) DCR: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec.
Every minute or so on DCR. I get the DCR: Stratum - connecting to 'dcr.suprnova.cc' port 3252 and DCR: Stratum - Connected (dcr.suprnova.cc:3252) messages in the log but never actually get any DCR hashing going and that repeated job timeout, disconnect by pool error message. So my suprnova.cc account (ipfreely7) must be working as I can mine ETH but not DCR using the same login.worker address and password. OCminer, are you still associated with suprnova pool. I am trying to dual mine Ethereum and Decred on EThos. I have set the options in local.conf and I seem to be mining DCR in suprnova pool, I get a speed of 4159Mh/s reported, but it doesn't reflect in the dashboard. In fact, I check my worker and it appears inactive. I have tried all the ports that are set in the webpage and after trying I am using 3256 which seems to work well as per the miner screen.
I have set the wallet as Myaccount.Rig1, the worker Rig1 is created already. I use suprnova to mine ETH and it works really well, but I don't know what am I doing wrong that can't seem to make the DCR work as well.
In transactions are grouped into blocks. These blocks are validated by PoW miners. When a block is validated it becomes a permanent part of the Decred network.
You can become a miner by dedicating spare computing resources to the network. In return miners are rewarded with Decred. For efficiency and convenience you can join.
The pools are groups of miners who share the work and split the reward. Joining a mining pool is an excellent way for smaller contributors to receive consistent payouts for their work.
